Larry Fudge has been Licensed since 1989 and became a Broker in 2005. Larry graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business. He has worked in the Hotel and Condominium Management business for over 20 years.
He moved to Kauai from Oahu in 1981, working for Hawaiian Resorts as the Director of Kauai Operations. Larry has over 30 active years in real estate on Kauai, working with both local residents and mainland investors.
Larry enjoys playing senior softball, golf, and time with his wife, Charlotte, and their three adopted dogs, Bailey, Carson, and Angel.
About
Born and raised on the west side of Kauai, Diane graduated from Waimea High School. After graduating high school, she moved to the North Shore of Kauai, where she successfully owned and operated Paradise Designs for over 10 years before moving into the Hospitality Business. Diane now resides in the Kapaa district.
She has been in the Hospitality industry for over 30 years, 20 of those years spent moving her way up to General Manager with Castle Resorts & Hotels.
Diane has been licensed since 1999 and started working with Kauai Landmark Realty, LLC since 2015.

Raised on the westside of Kauai and former Waimea High School graduate, Kalen earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Colorado State University.
He gained 4 years of valuable commercial real estate experience prior to moving back home to Kaua’i to focus on working with local residents to buy, sell, and lease both residential and commercial real estate.
